Age of Alloys
The best of every metal. Age of Alloys is a Minecraft mod (Forge 1.20.1) that adds alloys, and with them new tools, weapons and armor. You find the metals in the world, mix them in a foundry, and forge bronze, duralumin and steel.
State of the mod: testing pre-release (v0.3.0). Everything can be played in survival, but expect rough edges. Compatibility with other mods, advancements and a recipe book come later.
What’s new in v0.3.0
- Added Bronze, duralumin and steel armor: helmet, chestplate, leggings and boots, with their worn textures.
- Added Tin, aluminum, magnesium and manganese ores (in stone and in deepslate), their raw items, smelted in a furnace or a blast furnace.
- Added All four metals generate in the world, in every biome of the Overworld: bronze, duralumin and steel can now be made in survival. Only chunks created with this version contain them.
- Changed Tin is almost as common as copper, and manganese is a little easier to find.
